Collaboration

There are three methodologies of person-to-person interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you care to make the optimal choice with regard to software technology, you have to understand the differences that exist between these interactions.

An interaction of conversation is about discovering unfamiliar facts or creating relationships. An instance of a transactional interaction might be observed when you venture into the supermarket and get some goods for your cash.

Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the key purpose of those involved is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what has been non-secured and intangible, for example, an idea, into something useful, for instance a blueprint.

Teamwork software is considered to be one type of groupware types that allow people communicate information and work together on various tasks.

The power of these applications is in the ability to allow team members to see action plans, share documents, be updated on projects, monitor schedules, optimize business processes, be duely notified of any new objectives and events they are involved in. There are a lot of ways in which this software can be very useful: moderating events, papers and projects, optimizing business processes and coordinating work of several business units or even firms.
