How does one track your projects

Any project manager works with four components: spending, timing, duration and producing a satisfactory result. Qualified project managers also aim at making the organization of work more efficient. The majority of projects employ such recourses as labour, money, and tools to produce results and hit selected targets. There are a number of factors that are crucial for successful project management. A couple of them are listed below:

- Task setting and reviewing progress.

- Managing negative possibilities. The majority of projects feature a this or that degree of risk.

- Assigning and supervising resources.

- Defining the outcomes of the project.

- Managing the project from the point of view of who is doing what and when.

- Assuaring adequate quality.

- Dealing with change. Circumstances change. When you start out on the project, you should anticipate how it will develop with time.

- Speaking with those involved with the project.

To deal with these elements you can use pen and a notepad or probably MS EXCEL. However, specialized project tracking software has a lot of significant advantages:
